The Summer Program is a 2 week, action-packed experience, where high school students from across the world can come together and be a part of an unforgettable summer program and make long-lasting friendships and memories of a lifetime.
Students will:
- Tour Ivy league universities, state and private universities and meet with admission counselors
- Attend workshops given by former admissions officers from the nation’s most selective universities and learn about the college admission process
- Meet and learn from professionals such as Doctors, Lawyers, Engineers, Business Owners
- Learn about selecting the right major and career
- Learn about college entrance exams
- …And much more
Students will enjoy some of the following leisure recreational activities:
- Liberty Science Center & State Park
- Princeton University Art Museum
- The United Nations
- The Metropolitan Museum of Art
- Six Flags Great Adventure
- …And much more
The cost of the summer 2019 program is $3,550 and it includes the following:
- Supervised and safe and desirable hotel accommodations in New Jersey, USA
- All transportation and all meals
- All workshops including materials for hands-on activities
- University tours and Field Trips
- Health Insurance
**Air Fare, Visas, and Personal expenses are not included in the cost of the Program**
ADMISSION OVERVIEW:
Program Date
The 2019 summer program runs from July 20 – August 2.
Age Range
We accept students between the ages of 14 and 18. Therefore you must be at least 14 years old by the application deadline of March 1, 2019.
Application Requirements and Process
- Applicants must possess excellent academic records, and have strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Students must possess high standards of personal and professional conduct, and demonstrate leadership potential.
- An application must be filled out by all applicants
- Applicants must submit an official transcript provided by their school, that includes the student’s list of courses and grades received.
- A letter of recommendation must be written and submitted by a teacher who knows the applicant well. Recommendation letters must be sent via email in PDF (.pdf) format to info@theuniversitylink.com.
- Applicants will be notified electronically of admissions decision by March 31, 2019.
